I want you to be able to say, "I have a coffee guy" and I want to be that guy.
In 2020, while many were experimenting with sourdough starters, I decided to try my hand at roasting my own coffee. In a garage on the outskirts of Detroit starting with an air roaster and then graduating to a small drum roaster – I quickly discovered that family, friends and colleagues alike really enjoyed the fresh roasted coffee provided as gifts. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a passion project.
Fast forward to 2025 – an opportunity to move back to my hometown of St. Louis and create a coffee roasting company presented itself and so here we are.
